As an independently-owned brand, we have the freedom to support causes that are close to our hearts. We believe that every small step can make an impact on this world and by supporting positive, life-affirming causes. we are upholding our commitment to making a difference. Through our Craft for Kindness program, we have been able to support a vast majority of non-profit organizations.

Every month we choose a cause to support and a part of every purchase is donated to the chosen cause. We ask for no donations from our buyers but if you resonate with any of our chosen causes, please feel free to donate to them directly. Sustainability

We are committed to making sustainable choices for our brand and are working towards adding more eco-conscious products. Our current sustainable line includes natural fibers and dyes with some of India’s most popular prints like Ajrakh, Dabu, Kalamkari, Bagh, Batik and Shibori. Another key objective was to minimize the use of plastic in our packaging and that was achieved by moving towards recycled craft paper covers and reusable tote bags. Our goal is to be conscious of our impact on the environment and to constantly strive to protect this planet for our future generations.

We also believe in ethical labour practices and are committed to working with vendors who have similar values. Our products are sourced and manufactured by vendor partners who engage in sustainable and fair labour practices.

Women Empower Women

Craftise is the brainchild of two women; women who believe in helping other women live life on their terms. The idea behind Women Empower Women is to help underprivileged women gain financial and social freedom. Women involved in this program would be encouraged to acquire new skills, and use their existing skill set to make products that combine their traditional arts with contemporary designs. Products created by them would be sold under the Craftise brand with proceeds from each sale being handed down to these women; enabling them to make significant contributions to their community.
