Return and Exchange

At Craftise, every product we ship goes through a strict quality check. Multiple checks are undertaken to check measurements, product condition and prevent any damaged product from reaching a customer.

  1. RETURNS or EXCHANGE

In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because the order is not as described or product did not meet your expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at hello@craftise.co within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. Please include your order number in the subject line, and describe the reason for placing a return / exchange request along with image/s of the defect / damage. The refund shall be subject to conditions.

  1. Defective / Damaged products

    1.A. REFUND POLICY

    -. A refund will be issued if the damage / defect comes under what we deem as defective or damaged (refer to 1.B)

- We shall arrange pickups (for domestic orders) from your delivery location. If our logistics partner is unable to arrange a return pickup for your location, you can return the order by IndiaPost and share a copy of the receipt via email. We will issue a refund for the shipping charges as per the shared receipt.

- All refunds will be credited to the original payment source (for pre-paid orders) or a bank account 


1.B. COVERED as Defective or Damaged

- Substantial difference in print, texture or colours is visible at the time of opening the order package.  

- The product looks worn out, torn or unusable

- Weight per meter varies more than 25%


1.C. NOT COVERED as Defective or Damaged

- Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors / screens displaying colors differently and due to the fact that everyone sees these colors differently. 

- Certain fabrics may bleed colour due to the dyeing technique used. Wash care instructions for each fabric is mentioned in the description.

- Damage caused by not following product care instructions.


1.D. Exchange

-. Fulfillment of exchange requests will be subject to availability of the product in the inventory on the date of receipt of returned product/s.

- Exchange of products shall be calculated on the net payable price of the item/s and not on MRP.

1.E. Condition of Returned Products

-. Any tags attached to the product should be intact

- The product/s should be unused, unwashed, unstitched and undamaged.

- Item/s need to be returned in their original packaging.

  1. When a customer is dissatisfied with their order

2.A. Refund Policy

If a customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with their order and wishes to return part or whole of their order (not applicable for products bought on sale), Craftise shall accept returns provided the returned products meet the conditions mentioned below. In such cases, the customer will have to ship the product/s back to our studio at their expense. If the returned products pass our quality check, a refund will be issued within 2 business days.
