SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

WHO ARE YOUR DELIVERY PARTNERS?

All orders placed on Craftise are dispatched through our own courier partners including the likes of Delhivery, BlueDart, FedEx, etc. Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before they return it to us. Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address, this will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING- CHARGES AND TIMELINES

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 999/- to Indian cities, orders below the minimum threshold will have a shipping fee based on quantity. All stocked items are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Any custom or pre-orders may take longer to ship; buyers will be notified of any delays or changes in the shipping schedule.

We aim to get your orders to you as soon as possible. Our delivery partners will deliver your order within 5-7 business days. In case you have not received your order within the advised time frame, please email us at hello@craftise.co  or call/whatsapp us at + 91 8588000150 | + 91 8588000151 Monday to Sunday, between 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can also track your order by logging on to our website with your registered email Id and clicking on the Order Details section.

 

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

 

We offer international shipping across the globe for all our products. We have partnered up with IndiaPost and FedEx for our international orders. Please note that we bear no responsibility for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping estimates provided are only estimates and not guaranteed; transit times may vary due to customs delays.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:
• Credit cards - Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
• Net Banking - All major banks
• Debit Card - All major banks
• Wallet

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

In case of payment failure, please try placing your once again. Please contact your card issuer or your bank if the problem persists. However, if money has been debited from your account, please do not retry; chances are that your order was placed successfully. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON’T RECEVIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Please share your email id and the amount debited from your account to us at hello@craftise.co so that we can check with our payment processing team.


WHAT IF MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME ORDER?

 

If your card has been charged multiple times while paying for a single order, please mail us at hello@craftise.co with screenshots of the transaction/s.


ORDER ISSUES

HOW CAN I FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check your order status by visiting your order history under My Account, or please feel free to email us at hello@craftise.co.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

 

CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?
Orders once placed cannot be modified. We can, however, modify the shipping address if you made an error while placing your order. Shipping address can only be modified before the order is dispatched/invoiced.

 

HOW SHOULD I REPORT A MISSING ITEM/DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Please report any damaged or missing items to hello@craftise.co within 7 days of delivery.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM UNABLE TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Please try refreshing your web browser and clearing your cache and cookies.
If this doesn’t work, please try to check out on a different browser, use a different device, or log out of your account and check out as a guest. For more assistance, feel free to email us at hello@craftise.co with the items in your shopping cart, your shipping address, and your phone number, we will be in touch as soon as possible to help.

 RETURNS or EXCHANGE

In rare cases, where you wish to return or exchange full or partial order either because the order is not as described or product did not meet your expectations, you may place a request for return or exchange by sending us an email at hello@craftise.co within 7 days from the date of receipt of order. Please include your order number in the subject line, and describe the reason for placing a return / exchange request along with image/s of the defect / damage. The refund shall be subject to conditions.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please Note: Following products are NOT returnable & exchangeable unless defective.

  1. DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED PRODUCTS

    1. A. REFUND POLICY

    -. A refund will be issued if the damage / defect comes under what we deem as defective or damaged (refer to 1.B)

- We shall arrange pickups (for domestic orders) from your delivery location. If our logistics partner is unable to arrange a return pickup for your location, you can return the order by IndiaPost and share a copy of the receipt via email. We will issue a refund for the shipping charges as per the shared receipt.

- All refunds will be credited to the original payment source (for pre-paid orders) or a bank account 


1.B. COVERED AS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED


- Substantial difference in print, texture or colours is visible at the time of opening the order package.  

- The product looks worn out, torn or unusable

- Weight per meter varies more than 25%


1.C. NOT COVERED AS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED

- Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors / screens displaying colors differently and due to the fact that everyone sees these colors differently. 

- Certain fabrics may bleed colour due to the dyeing technique used. Wash care instructions for each fabric is mentioned in the description.

- Damage caused by not following product care instructions.


1.D. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

-. Any tags attached to the product should be intact

- The product/s should be unused, unwashed, unstitched and undamged.

- Item/s need to be returned in their original packaging.

 

  1. WHEN A CUSTOMER US DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR ORDER

2.A. REFUND POLICY

 

If a customer changes their mind or is dissatisfied with their order and wishes to return part or whole of their order (not applicable for products bought on sale), Craftise shall accept returns provided the returned products meet the conditions mentioned below. In such cases, the customer will have to ship the product/s back to our studio at their expense. If the returned products pass our quality check, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.

We offer international shipping across the globe- simply enter your destination country during check out.

We have partnered up with IndiaPost and FedEx for our international orders. Orders placed with standard shipping are shipped through IndiaPost, whereas expedited orders are shipped through FedEx. Shipping estimates provided are only estimates and not guaranteed; transit times may vary due to customs delays. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- CHARGES AND TIMELINES

For international orders, free shipping can be availed on orders above $100. Shipping rates for orders under $100 and expedited orders will be calculated at checkout based on the order total and the recipient’s address. All stocked items are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Any custom or pre-orders may take longer to ship; buyers will be notified of any delays or changes in the shipping schedule. Expedited orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. If there is an urgent need, kindly contact us at hello@craftise.co so that we can further assist you. 

Our delivery estimate for standard shipping ranges between 15-21 business days. If you wish to expedite your orders, kindly choose the expedited shipping option at checkout for order delivery within 5-8 business days. 

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?

 

Duties and taxes for international orders are not part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items; these charges are levied at the time of port entry, and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the postal department / shipping agency at the time of your order delivery. Please note that we bear no responsibility for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able entertain any refund requests in case of non-payment of duties or taxes.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST / RETURNED TO SENDER?

 

If your order package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it kindly take the following measures

  • Check with your neighbours or your mail room (if available) to see if the package was left there by mistake.  
  • Contact your local post office or FedEx office for information.
  • Contact us at hello@craftise.co and include as much information as possible.

If you think your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local post or FedEx office. Once marked delivered, we are unable to assume any responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Please note that we are not in any way responsible for refunding or reshipping orders that were dispatched to an incorrect address. Buyers are fully responsible for providing the correct/current address at checkout.

If your order package is returned to us by the postal service or by FedEx, a member from our team will get in touch with you to arrange redelivery as soon when we receive the returned package. Please note we are unable to offer a refund for any returned packages and the buyer will have to pay for reshipping their order/s.
